"Setup wasn’t as straightforward as I expected"
Ordering from Munbyn went fine, and I expected the setup to be simple once it arrived. But the instructions didn’t quite match that expectation. A few steps felt like they jumped ahead or assumed I already knew what to do, so I ended up searching around and piecing things together myself.
The product did work in the end, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience. I just wish the guide was written a little more clearly for regular people who aren’t super techy, because the setup felt more confusing than it needed to be.

"Printer works fine, to be fair"
To be fair, the printer itself has been totally fine and does what I need it to do. The frustrating part is that I can’t seem to find replacement labels anywhere because they’re always out of stock.

"Labels Didn’t quite Work With my Setup"
The printer itself is fine, but the label situation was kinda annoying. I had some labels from another brand and they just would Not line up right no matter what I tried. Ended up wasting a bunch just trying to get it sorted. Seems like it only really likes certain sizes or types of labels. It’s not Terrible, but I thought it would be easier to use.

I waited about 3 days to hear back, and when they finally replied it felt like a copy-paste answer. I tried what they suggested a couple of times, but the issue still isn’t fixed. Frustrating overall.

It did end up working after I reinstalled the driver, but the instructions were kind of confusing. a couple of the steps felt unnecessary, but once I got through it everything worked fine
"Great print quality, with a couple small drawbacks"
I’ve been impressed with how clean the labels come out. The text is sharp, easy to read, and I haven’t had any smudging issues so far, which is a big plus. That said, it’s not totally perfect, setup took me a little longer than I expected, and the design feels a bit basic. Still, for the actual print quality, I’m happy with it.
"Bad first impression with the USB connection"
This printer gave me a bad first impression right away. It’ll work for a little while, then the USB connection randomly drops and I have to keep unplugging it and plugging it back in. I tried different USB ports and even swapped cables, but it still does the same thing. It’s especially frustrating when I’m trying to print labels and just need it to work. I wouldn’t buy it again.
"Return process dragged on too long"
I did get my refund in the end, but the return took way longer than it should have. It felt like I wasted a lot of energy just following up and waiting around for something that should’ve been simple

The refund process was kind of messy and took longer than I expected. I had to follow up a few times, which was frustrating. It did get sorted in the end, but it defintely could’ve been smoother

"Delivery was pretty much on time"
Got my order the day they said it would arrive, so that was good. I didn’t really check the tracking the whole time, but when I did it seemed fine. The box had a little dent in it, not sure from where, but the product itself was okay. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars.

"I got the munbyn label printer..."
I got the munbyn label printer thinking it would be straightforward to use with my laptop, but the software setup was more annoying than I expected. I’m on a Mac, and the driver didn’t work right at first, so I kept trying different downloads and wondering if I had bought the wrong printer or was just missing something obvious.
Once I finally got it working, it does print labels fine, so I can’t really say it’s a bad printer. But the setup took way longer than it should have, and the instructions didn’t help much. It’s okay now, but I’m still not totally sure I’d call the whole experience smooth.

"Not worth the hassle on a Mac"
I bought this thinking, "It says Mac compatible, so it should be plug-and-play," but nope. Setup turned into way more of a headache than I expected. The driver kept being weird, and printing worked sometimes but not reliably enough for me to trust it. Shopify connected without too much trouble, but getting the labels to sync took a few attempts. Support did help me sort it out, though the whole setup felt like it could be smoother.

The printer is fine once it actually connects, but getting the WiFi set up was way more annoying than I thought it would be. It kept dropping in the middle of setup and I had to restart the whole thing a few times, which had me like... why is this so difficult??
The app didn’t really help much either. A couple times it said the printer was connected, but then nothing would print, or it would take forever to show up on my laptop.
Support did respond, so I’ll give them credit for that, but overall it still feels too fussy for a basic label printer. It’s not terrible, but it definitely wasn’t smooth.

"Couldn’t get the labels to line up"
I tried messing with the settings about a dozen times, but the labels still kept printing a little off center. I ended up wasting around a bunch of sheets just trying to get the alignment right. it got frustrating and wasn’t worth the hassle for me.

"Good printer, rough delivery experience"
The printer itself seems decent so far, but the way it arrived was disappointing. The shipping box was crushed on one side, and there really wasn’t much padding inside to protect it. Even the actual printer box had a few dents, which isn’t what I’d expect for something this expensive. Thankfully nothing appears broken yet, but the packaging definitely made a bad first impression.

"I really wanted to like this printer..."
I really wanted to like this printer because when it actually connects, it does print fine. But the Bluetooth has been a constant hassle. I’ll be in the middle of trying to print a few labels, and it just drops the connection to my phone. Then I’m stuck restarting the app, the printer, sometimes my phone too, just to get it going again. What should’ve taken a couple minutes ended up taking way longer than it should have. I bought it to make things easier, not to spend half my time fighting with the connection. I wouldn’t buy it again

"Keeps jamming when I need it most"
I bought this from munbyn.com hoping it would make shipping orders easier, but it jams way too often. I’ve tried different labels, cleaned it, reset it, and it still prints a few before getting stuck again. When you’re running a small business, you try to do right by your customers and get orders out on time, so dealing with constant jams feels really frustrating. For me, it just hasn’t been worth the headache.

"I bought a MUNBYN label printer last year..."
I bought a MUNBYN label printer last year for my little shop, it’s still doing its thing. I use it pretty much every day, it’s been moved around a bunch, and yeah, it even got dropped once. So far though, no jams, no weird sounds, nothing annoying like that.
The plastic actually feels tougher than I thought it would. I kinda expected it to start acting up by now, but nope, it’s still holding up. Happy with it, not gonna lie.

"Warranty support had me worried for a bit"
They did end up fixing the issue, so I’ll give them credit for that. But the replies were slower than I expected, and I started wondering if I was getting the runaround or being fooled somehow. In the end it worked out, but the waiting made the whole warranty process more stressful than it needed to be.
